LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The Sound Addicts Live managing director Shadreck Kalukusha has said preparations for the reggae icon Burning Spear’s event slated for October 26 at the Civo Stadium in the Capital, Lilongwe are going on well.
“We have been preparing for this event for quite some time and we were just waiting to finish off the Ku Mingoli Bash to make the official announcement but the contract.
“Many other arrangements were prepared before the Ku Mingoli Bash. It is not coming as a surprise to us though the campaign started after Ku Mingoli Bash but we are at an advanced stage of the preparations”, says Kalukusha.
The historic event was produced by Sound Addicts Live and brought to the fans by Born African Productions and Sound Systems Club from the United Kingdom (UK).
The tour which is known as One People Africa Tour 2024 marks Burning Spear’s triumphant return to Africa with performances in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, South Africa, and the grand finale in Malawi.
The tour is a celebration of Unity, Peace, and love which is the Core message of Burning Spear’s music.
