Abdul Rahman al-Mawli al-Salb is now new ISIS leader

ISIS has unveiled Amir Mohammed Abdul Rahman al-Mawli al-Salbi as their new leader three months after the death of the former leader, Al-Baghdadi who was killed in October during a military raid in Syria.

According to reports, the terrorist militant group that has claimed responsibility of over 140 terrorist attacks in 29 countries since 2014 designated Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Quraishi, as a replacement for Baghdadi which turned out to be bogus as it was never recognised by other senior leaders or intelligence agencies.

The new group’s tyrant who has overseen operations around the globe is one of the terror group’s founding members. He was born into an Iraqi Turkmen family in the town of Tal Afar and he is considered to be one of the most influential ideologues among the now depleted ranks of Isis.

As reported by Mirror news, the new appointment leader is believed to have at least one son and he has risen through the ranks quickly after leading the enslavement of Iraq’s Yazidi minority.

Meanwhile, the search for Salbi has been launched and official intelligence believe he has been in close contact with his brother, Adel Salbi who is a representative in a political party called the Turkmen Iraqi Front in Turkey.
