Mutharika’s political aide Josaya Banda dies of Covid-19

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Former Malawi President Peter Mutharika’s advisor on political affairs Dean Josaya Banda has succumbed to Covid-19.

According to family members, Josaya Banda who was also former EPAC football Club boss died on Monday morning after battling with covid-19.

The burial ceremony for the late Josaya Banda will be conducted today, Monday, July 27, 2020 with strict Covid-19 preventive measures.

As of July 26, 2020 Malawi had 3664 Covid-19 cases with 99 deaths and 1645 recoveries.
