Following the successful launch of the ninth edition of the Africa Visa Openness Index 2024 – a joint publication of the African Development Bank Group and the African Union Commission – the Regional Development, Integration and Business Delivery (RDVP) Complex will host a “High Level Strategic Dialogue on Accelerating Visa – Free Movement for Africa’s Transformation”.
This event, which takes place on the margins of the 38th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union, will be hosted together with the African Union Commission, and expects to attract high level policy makers including ministers, business leaders, think tanks, academics and thought leaders in the field of free movement and trade – to share experiences on how the continent can advance its regional integration agenda by creating more access to opportunities for Africans to travel within the continent.
