Retraction on the Peter Mutharika Opinion
The story that was posted here has been removed as it was an opinion with no factual support.
We reported about The Cashgate scandal, which involved the theft of millions of dollars from government coffers which happened during the Joyce Banda administration and attributed it to Former President Peter Mutharika.
Many of the facts in the opinion piece were wrong and should not have passed our editorial scrutiny.
