BLANTYRE-MaraviPost-The High Court in Blantyre has ordered the Inspector General of Police Rodney Jose to suspend disciplinary proceedings on 40 law enforcers who are said to be absconding work.

The officers were withdrawn from Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima’s security detail in 2018 and deployed to various police agencies.

But Chilima through his lawyer obtained an injunction on the matter restraining government from transferring the 40 officers.
