This court is left curious MCP witness Suleman revelations

That there was no user accounts for commissioners in RMS. The law requires commissioners to approve a vote before its accounted for. No evidence of them doing so in RMS. Instead, Muhabi Chisi, Kadzuwa and Chimwaza approved votes in the RMS (not commissioners).

As if that traversity is not offensive enough, the three Users above, only approved 156 tally sheets out of 5,002 tally sheets. The rest of the tally sheets were approved by GHOST USER, script!

NOW: The most popular question that reasonable minds are asking is: How many votes were actually affected by this malpractice?

It has been submitted in the evidence, which is yet to be impeached by the Respondents, that 156 tally sheets were manually approved as per work flow while 4,846 tally sheets were not approved by the commission.

These were processed 3 times, using batch processing mode contrary to the set out workflow.

Ghost User processed 4,880,326 votes out of the total 5,031,264 votes that were processed in the database, representing 97% of the total valid votes. And that appears to be more than a significant amount.

According to Muhabi Chisi’s Sworn Statement on paragraph 8, Approved votes in RMS were used to determine the winner.

This essentially reveals that the winner was determined by these ghost users other than the Commissioners. Clearly, this is contrary to the law and this Court invites the attention of the Concourt on this point for consideration in its assessment.
