Masters Security FC sets sights on Bingu Stadium as home ground: 2026 FDH Premiership

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The Masters team, preparing for the FDH Premiership, has announced its intention to use Bingu Stadium as its home ground.

This move is part of their preparations for the upcoming league season, and they believe Bingu Stadium is the ideal venue for their home matches.

Speaking to local media, Christopher Njeula, head of Masters Group, said that although some matches will be played in Karonga as a gesture of respect to Baka City fans, they want their main home ground to be Bingu.

The decision is aimed at giving fans in Lilongwe and surrounding areas an opportunity to watch top-flight football in their own city.

Njeula said this will provide an opportunity for people to watch some league matches at night because Bingu Stadium has adequate floodlights.

This is a significant factor, as the stadium’s floodlights will enable the team to host evening matches, making it more convenient for fans.

Currently, Njeula is not considering buying new players, saying the top-tier league requires experienced players.

The team’s focus is on assembling a strong squad with experienced players who can make an impact in the league.

The decision to use Bingu Stadium as their home ground is seen as a bold move by Masters, and they are expected to make a strong impression in the FDH Premiership.

With their sights set on success, the team is gearing up for a thrilling season ahead.
