BLANTYRE (Maravipost)–Organisers of the Big Brother Africa (BBA) on Monday revealed three new housemates for the reality show, bringing the number of season 9 hotshots to nine.

The three includes South African based Ghanaian Kacey Moore, who will represent Ghana, Zimbabwe’s JJ and Tanzanian’s Laveda.

Kacey Moore was one of the housemates selected to represent Ghana at an audition in South Africa after the original contestants selected in a Ghana audition failed to secure visas.

More housemates including Malawian rep are expected to be revealed ahead of the season 9 launch on Sunday October 5 in South Africa.

First to be unveiled by BBA, which is the biggest reality show in Africa, were miss Uganda Stellah Nantumbwe (Ellah), Kenya’s Melvin Alusa and Zimbabwe’s Butterphly.

Then three more hotshots, Uganda’s Esther, Tanzania’s Idris and Botswana’s Goitse were also outdoored.

This year’s Big Brother Africa show, Season 9, was supposed to have started on September 7th, but a huge fire engulfed the original house and it was put off. Another house has been identified and the show will start on October 5.
