THYOLO-(MaraviPost)-The southern region’s Vice President for the governing Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Kondwani Nankhumwa has on Tuesday advised party leaders to unite and help President Peter Mutharika achieve his larger national social and economic agenda for the betterment of all Malawians.
In a meeting that took place on Tuesday, at Nankhumwa’s private Luchenza Residence in Thyolo, the Vice president for the party expressed appreciation for the loyalty, hard work and dedication of the district and constituency governors, which culminated in the party upon winning the May 21 tripartite elections.
The meeting, among others was graced by the Southern Regional Governor, Charles Mchacha who is also Deputy Minister of Transport and Public Works and governors from all 25 political districts and 56 constituencies and various district and constituency leaders for the party.
