LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-One of the country’s artists Honorato Pandakwao, the Mwana wanga Nchipikicha hit maker has dismissed rumors of a fallout between him and legendary musician Lawrence Mbenjere, affirming that the two remain on good terms.
Speaking in an interview, Pandakwao said the speculation surrounding their alleged strained relationship is unfounded and misleading.
He emphasized that he continues to share a strong bond with Mbenjere, built over years of collaboration in the music industry.
“I have worked on a number of projects with Lawrence, and we have always had a good working relationship,” said Pandakwao. “He is someone who has been very supportive and continues to encourage me in many ways.”
The artist further expressed concern over the spread of false information, noting that such claims can create unnecessary tension among fans and within the industry.
Pandakwao’s remarks come amid growing speculation on social media suggesting a rift between the two musicians, something he has now firmly denied.
He concluded by reaffirming his respect for Mbenjere and hinted at the possibility of more joint projects in the future, much to the excitement of their fans.
