Wearing a white top and grey pair of trouser with feet covered in black boots, the umbrella star excited school girls after took off her sun glasses for students to believe that she was really the start most watched on Television.

According to sources privy to The Maravi Post said Rihanna’s visit was a boost to the country’s tourism despite that the star wasn’t in for performance. She is reportedly lodging at Latitude 13 in the capital Lilongwe.

Rihanna’s dressing is a surprise to many considering that she is regarded as a promoter of nudity based on her usual dress when hosting shows. The star is also said to have visited a school in the boarder district of Mchinji.

However, the global partnership education ambassador real intention for her visit to Malawi remains sketchy apart from visiting school girls.

Since rising to fame, Rihanna has become a vocal philanthropist. In 2012, she launched her Clara Lionel Foundation charity in honor of her grandparents to improve health, education and arts and culture around the world. As for her ties to Global Citizen, the performer — who scored eight 2017 Grammy nods — headlined the organization’s annual Global Citizen Festival last fall.

Born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, on February 20, 1988, in Barbados, Rihanna released her first album in 2005 and is known for such No. 1 hits as “Umbrella,” “SOS,” “Take a Bow,” “Only Girl (In the World),” “We Found Love” and “Diamonds.”

Rihanna visit comes barely a few days after American pop star Madonna landed in the country on Tuesday through Kamuzu International Airport (KIA) in the capital Lilongwe with plans to adopt two children.

Madonna with presence of heavy security was thereafter at High Court on Wednesday in the capital seeking adoption consent.

The particulars of two children the pop star want to adopt remain sketchy whose ages are between four and five, and the pop star appeared before Justice Fiona Mwale.

But Judiciary Spokesperson Mlenga Mvula confirmed Madonna’s intention to adopt the kids saying the court will decide on the application made.

But later Madonna disputed the claims that she was in Malawi to adopt the kids and journalists were not allowed to take photos of her presence at the court.
