LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The country’s National Anti-Corruption Alliance on Thursday demanded re arrest of FDH Bank Chief Executive Officer Dr. Thomson Mpinganjira for corruption allegations on constitutional court judges.
The grouping comprising of Malawi Law Society (MLS), Youth and Society, CCAP Livingstonia Synod and CHRR says the nation should know the truth over the matter.
Moses Mkandawire who chaired the grouping’s media briefing in the capital Lilongwe says the body is ready to to fight against corruption without fear or favor
Mkandawire demanded that the Judiciary and Malawi Law society to investigate the conduct of Zomba magistrate and lawyers involved in midnight court proceedings.
Meanwhile The High Court are reviewing the lower court decision to stop Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) from arresting Mpinganjira
