BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost )-MultiChoice Malawi has launched a SuperSport channel on Gotv and DStv to broadcast international league matches and various cup final matches from May 15 to June 10, 2025.
MultiChoice Malawi spokesperson, Susan Mtegha, said this means the SuperSport Football Plus channel, available on DStv Compact and Gotv Supa Plus, will be airing these matches.
Mtegha explained that this initiative aims to provide greater access to viewers for the final matches of the Champions League, FA Cup, and other competitions.
Yesterday’s first match available to viewers was the Crystal Palace versus Manchester City clash at Wembley Stadium, in England.
On May 21,2025, the new channel will broadcast the UEFA Europa League final between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in Spain.
May 25,2025 will see the finals of the English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, and Italian Serie A.
On May 31,2025, the UEFA Champions League final between Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain will be shown at the Bayern Munich stadium in Germany.

MultiChoice Malawi has announced that a special channel, SuperSport Football Finals, will be dedicated to broadcasting top European league and cup finals between May 15 and June 10. The channel will be available on DStv Compact and down, as well as GOtv Supa Plus and below.
According to Susan Mtegha, MultiChoice Malawi communications specialist, the decision to dedicate a special channel to these memorable events is in response to the thrilling football action that will unfold during this period.
“With May and June 2025 offering some of the most thrilling football action, we would like to provide an ‘Open Window’ that will allow more subscribers access the UEFA Champions League Final, the FA Cup Final, and more,” Mtegha said.
The SuperSport Football Finals channel will feature some of the biggest European football competitions, including the FA Cup Final, UEFA Europa League final, UEFA Champions League final, and UEFA Nations League semi-finals and final.
The channel will broadcast live matches featuring top teams such as Manchester City, Crystal Palace, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Inter Milan, Paris Saint Germaine, and more.
The schedule for the SuperSport Football Finals channel is packed with exciting matches, starting with the FA Cup final between Crystal Palace and Manchester City on May 17. This will be followed by the UEFA Europa League final between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in Spain on May 21.
