ADDIS ABABA-(MaraviPost)-Tigrayan man was set ablaze and several others were shot and burned by Ethiopian forces in uniforms.
The Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC) disclosed that government forces were responsible for the diabolical act after a recorded video of the men carrying out the act widely circulated on social media.
According to the commission, security officials captured and killed eight Tigrayans suspected of a previous assault that left 20 people dead.

EHRC added that the bodies of the deceased were taken by security forces to a nearby forest and burned.
The incident believed to have occurred in the Benishangul-Gumuz region of northwest Ethiopia and it followed an attack a day earlier that left at least 20 people dead.
In response to the incident, Ethiopia government has said regardless of the origin or identity of the perpetrators, government will take legal action against those responsible for the gross and inhumane act.
The Benishangul-Gumuz region, bordering Sudan and South Sudan, hosts more than 70,000 Sudanese and South Sudanese refugees and over 500,000 internally displaced Ethiopians.
There are widespread reports of atrocities, including mass killings and sexual violence in the region over the years.
In recent years, fighting has displaced more than two million people, driven hundreds of thousands to the brink of starvation and left more than nine million in need of assistance.
