Chakwera leaves for Nigeria’s AFREXIM Bank 32nd Annual Meetings

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-President Lazarus Chakwera is expected to lead the Malawi delegation to the 32nd Annual Meetings of the African Export-Import (AFREXIM) Bank in Abuja, Nigeria, from Wednesday to Friday.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs statement issued on Sunday, June 22, 2025 has says the Chakwera will depart Kamuzu International Airport, Monday, June 23 at 3pm.

The Malawi leader is expected to participate in the presidential plenary session where he will engage other African and Caribbean leaders on trade, among other areas.
