Chilima in the middle of corrupt DPP and arrogant MCP…Which way to go?

Chilima in the middle of corrupt DPP and arrogant MCP

By Kelvin Sulungwe

I would like to speak to UTM Party followers. It is very important that you understand what am about to say with regards to UTM-Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) or UTM-Malawi Congress Party (MCP) possible electoral alliance. Stay with me.

UTM is the decider of the 50%+1 victory. This is undeniable fact if we are to allow ourselves to judge the outcome based on the Madando Election.

Though contested and proved beyond reasonable doubt that they were not credible, they still present a certain reality check.
Neither MCP nor DPP can achieve 50%+1 on their own. They need a UTM dosage to do it and this is where you become the most important political belonging at the moment. You are the hottest girl in town.

The second issue you should seriously consider is that SKC is caught up on choosing between two very bad choices.

He has to choose between the corrupt DPP and the arrogant MCP. This is not a simple choice to make. Are you with me?

What I would like you to do is to respect the choice that Saulos Chilima will make.

There are those who do not want to have anything to do with MCP and also those who hate DPP to the core. He knows this.

There are some of you who have openly said if SKC goes with MCP, then you will vote for DPP and those who have also claimed that they will vote for MCP if he goes to DPP.

That reasoning is where I find your loyalty to be disgusting. SKC is gonna need all the votes to wherever he goes and if you believe in his leadership ability, you should be honest enough to respect the decision which he will make.

There are advantages and disadvantages for each choice. I will look into some of them tomorrow koma as it stands, SKC has to chose between gum-gum and wis-wis.

Its never been an easy choice. In the end, you may not agree with his choice, but support it.

  1. So to you sir being arrogant is equal to stealing tax payers money through corrupt and dubious means? Ooooh boy what a load of …t. Majority of SKC came from the North and history has it that you can transfer the South and Center votes but not the North vote. The Northern region cannot and will never vote for DPP again. DPP killed, murdered and butchered its sons and it will never be forgiven.
