Let’s face the facts: CTS is one disorganised courier service provider. If it’s not a missing parcel, then it’s a damaged one. That is what you are guaranteed to get when you seek their services. And the chaos in their collection offices; people’s parcels are handled like a pile of rubbish.
There is no proper parcel-handling mechanism. Zina umatha kuzipeza zitaunjikidwa panja. They should thank their gods that people still tolerate their mediocre services. They have failed. Fact.
Now, for them to make the board move of opening a funeral service is an insult to the nation. It is their right to invest in any business they prefer, yes, but investment should come with respect and value for the target customers.
People pay money for the service; therefore, they deserve to be treated with dignity. With a funeral service, all we can expect from CTS is missing dead bodies.
And I would not be surprised to find coffins lying around their compound because, when it comes to having a dignified means of handling clients, CTS does not give a sh*t.
Shonde, auzeni ndalamazo akayambile ulimi. They are not fit to run services of this nature. Customer care: zero. Professionalism: zero. Proper client-handling mechanism: zero.
Proper business structure: zero. Awawa it won’t be a trusted partner in good bye but another source of pain and misery for the mourners. Mwati funeral services maofesi ake sakakhala ku Tsoka market?
