BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-Two Malawi’s vigorous music events in Malawi have Merged for 2020,the active events include Sand Music Festival and Cruiseship Festival.
DJ Reubie one of the organisers of Cruiseship festival disclosed that his grouping has an agreement with Sand fest organisers to merge the events saying they want to avoid pulling apart fans over choices.
Reubie said since the dates were crashing they did not want to compete but support each other.
“Those going for cruise they are also going straight to sand fest, buying Cruise ticket you are sorted for both”, said Dj Reubie.
He further said the response is very much promising, saying alot of people are excited about it, because they will tour lake Malawi while at the sand fest.
Both festivals are scheduled for the 31st of October to 1st November.
