Manchester United goalkeeper Sergio Germán Romero involved in a car crash

LONDON-(MaraviPost)-Sergio Germán Romero, the goalkeeper for English Premier League club Manchester United and the Argentina national team escapes death following an accident on his way to Man United training.

The 32-year-old has who has been David de Gea’s backup since joining the Old Trafford side in 2015 was involved in car crash near the club’s Carrington training base, smashing up his Lamborghini worth £170,000.

According to The Sun news, the goalkeeper has survive the accident and even trained with first team.

Romero was travelling on the A6144M when the accident occurred.

He has played nine times in all competitions this season, playing in the Europa League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup, and kept seven clean sheets in those games with United winning all but two, both of which were draws.
