LILONGWE(MaraviPost)-A grouping of people from Mwanza under the banner of Mwanza-Neno-Tsangano road network is set to organised demonstrations to force government to start construction the 140 kilometer road from Tsagano, Mwanza Neno.
Spokesperson for the grouping,Hebrews Misomali told Maravi Post on Thursday, March 10, 2022 that have lost trust in the tonse government since they have been promising to commerce the work since December 2021.
Misomali said people of Neno are tired of propaganda saying managed to engage both the President and his ministers.
He said its very sad that the contractor who is on the ground does not have the design of the road which shows that they are not serious .
Misomalisaid the grouping will not specify when they will go to the streets but they are ready to do so.
The grouping petitioned Parliament on the same road in the last seating and they were promised to be considered.
Ministry of Transport authorities are yet to comment on the matter.
