DPP supporters were elated after the release from custody of 39-year-old Bangwe Nthandizi ward councilor, Isaac Jomo Osman also known as Mtopwa 1.
A Magistrates court in Blantyre has granted bail to Bangwe Ward Councillor, Isaac Jomo Osman, also known as Mtopwa One.
Isaac Jomo was charged with Malicious damage and Theft which contravene Section 344(1) and 278 of the penal code, respectively.
Hearing of the case will commence on 24 July
