Arsenal have made a blistering start to the 2025/26 Premier League campaign, storming to the top of the table after two matches with a perfect record of six points, six goals scored, and none conceded.

The Gunners opened their season with a solid 1–0 victory against Manchester United,.That performance set the tone for what followed a dominant display at the Emirates as Arsenal thrashed Leeds United 5–0 in their second outing.

Jurrien Timber stole the headlines with a brace and an assist, while new signing Viktor Gyökeres also bagged a double, including a penalty won by Max Dowman on his Premier League debut.

Bukayo Saka completed the rout with a neat finish, taking Arsenal’s tally to six goals in just two games.

The victory also marked the official unveiling of Eberechi Eze, who received a warm welcome from the Arsenal faithful.

Despite the euphoria, there were injury concerns for manager Mikel Arteta as both Saka (hamstring) and captain Martin Odegaard (shoulder) were forced off, casting doubt on their availability for upcoming fixtures.

Nevertheless, Arsenal’s flawless start has sent a strong message to their rivals. With two clean sheets and a perfect attacking record, the Gunners look determined to mount a serious title challenge this season.

Their next big test comes with a trip to Anfield to face Liverpool, where Arteta’s men will aim to maintain their momentum and cement their position at the top of the table.
