BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have confirmed that midfield Yankho Singo will be available for selection when the second round of the TNM Super League kicks off, following his return from a one-month trial stint with South Africa’s Golden Arrows.
Singo’s move to the Durban based side had raised speculation among supporters that he was on the verge of securing a permanent switch.
However, the player did not make it into coach Manqoba Mngqithi’s official squad list for the 2025/26 Betway Premier Soccer League season, with reports suggesting the coach was not fully convinced by his performances during pre season.
Back home, rumours began circulating that Singo had already been sold, with some fans questioning the club’s communication on the matter.
Bullets Chief Executive Officer Albert Chigoga dismissed the speculation, stressing that Singo remains a registered Bullets player.
“Yankho is still our player. If any club wants his services, they will have to follow proper procedures, and we will make an official announcement so that our supporters are fully aware,” Chigoga clarified.
The midfielder’s return will be a timely boost for the People’s Team as they look to strengthen their midfield.
