It appears a dark cloud engulfing University of Malawi’s main constituent college Chancellor College is refusing to clear as Chanco registers another death in the name of Prof. Chris Kamlongera.
Prof. Chris Kamlongera died few minutes ago at Partners in Hope Hospital in Lilongwe.
The cause of his death is not yet established. However, sources close to the family of the deceased have confided with the reporter that Prof. Kamlongera has succumbed to prostate cancer.
Prof. Kamlongera was principal of Chancellor College between 2009-2014. He was currently on contract with Fine and Performing Arts Department.
He was a hardworking principal and lecturer and his death is a big loss to the college.
