The Office of the President and Cabinet regrets to announce that Dr. John Bisika, former Principal Secretary (Education) and Principal Secretary , has passed-on today in South Africa where he was receiving treatment.
John Bisika was from Zomba, Malawi. John Studied Chemistry at Chancellor University after doing secondary at St. Patrick’s Secondary School
He surived by brothers Francis Bisika and Thomas Bisika
