In wake of Cyclone Freddy, Mozambique faces worst cholera outbreak in over a decade

Dr. Severin von Xylander said (Friday (Mar.31) that the country faced its largest outbreak in the last 20 years. The case fatality rate for the cholera treatment center “is below the threshold of one per cent”, he added. Over 1 million people could contract cholera, Polio or Covid-19 the WHO warned.Source: Africanews
