Malawi Police in Ntchisi seeking unknown criminals who broke into a teachers house on Sunday

Police in Ntchisi are looking for unknown criminals who broke into a house of a teacher where they stole properties valued at K200 000.

The properties belong to Ruth Kambewa, a teacher at Kalema Primary School in Ntchisi. The incident happened on Sunday night and Monday this week.

 

Police investigations revealed that the unknown criminals broke into the house when the owner was in a deep sleep.

When police visited the crime scene; they discovered that the thieves gained entry into the house through the door by forcing it open after removing five loovers glass from the window.

The criminals went away with a Tv screen, sub woofer, radio, two speakers and two computer speakers all valued at K200 000.

Meanwhile the police are hunting for the culprits and asking anyone with information should contact the police.
