MWANZA-(Maravi)-The Malawi police in the boarder and southern district of Mwanza are keeping in custody Ramus Phalula 35 for possessing a number of National Identity Cards.
According to Mwanza police station spokesperson,Edwin Kaunda the suspect was arrested on Wednesday, January 2 at Mwanza border post after he was found with 23 National Identity cards bearing names of people from Nambazo village in phalombe.
“Ramus will appear in court soon to answer the charge of Unlawful Use of Official documents contrary to section 42(f) of the NRB Act,” says Kaunda in brief.
Ramus Phalula hails from Nambazo village TA Chiwalo in Phalombe.
