Soldier Lucius Banda on Wednesday jet in South Africa where he has scheduled to perform a number of shows in the gold city Johannesburg and Capital Pretoria.
According to Samuel Mwale who is among the organizers Lucius is scheduled to perform at Booysen Hotel on 28th of August and at Marafaco in Pretoria on the 29th. And this will be followed by a show at Tijucaon August 30 and lastly on September 5, soldier is also expected to perform at Amadoda Woodstock in Cape Town.
“This will be a classic show as you know he dropped a new album and Malawian community in South Africa they have been hungry to watch him performing live on stage” said Mwale.
“And to add on that this is also the very first time for him to bring the whole band and we expect more fire” added Mwale .
Mwale said the show of the new album launch in South Africa has been organized due to the high demand of people living there.
Lucius recently said has lost count on how many times he has performed on stage after launching his career, said this could be his eleventh performance in SA and added that fans will walk away with a free original CD upon entry and both shows will be ending at dawn.
The album contain songs like Ndilirabe, Nthungululu, Wandimasula, Sagona, Way Forward, Walema, Tikuzifuna, Dyalilamba, Rita amongst others
