LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Without a doubt,the recent revelations about bribery attempts to the Judges have brought tremendous amounts of interest from all quarters.
A businessman,a politician and a Senior public official have been put in the same cauldron which on the surface based on the sentiments out there one would be made to believe that they are all guilty!
Far from it,we need to go deeper to understand the current situation which when understood will leave every sane person disgusted.
Out of the three people being mentioned,the politician can be taken out of the equation because he is only being included to make the story believable and legitimate but the real targets are the businessman and the senior public official.We are here to dissect the truth,nothing but the truth.
The Businessman
One wonders why such a respectable person,a man who against all odds has built a business from scratch and within 12years of being operational has become one of the three big businesses in its sector could be involved in such clandestine activities but the truth is,he is not involved in any way other than that he comes from a wrong tribe and therefore region in the eyes of his detractors and he is successful which has now become a crime,laughable as it is but that’s the reality.
He is facing multiple enemies from both his tribe and from other tribes and regions.
From his tribe,he is a threat to some peoples ambitions of ascending to power as they perceive him to be a presidential material and with the resources at his disposal,they have decided to stop him now before their own plans gets derailed.
The enemies from within his tribe are much concerned because the businessman has the likeability factor,has proven track record of success,is very very educated and above all has no blemish and therefore clean.
From the other tribes and people,the businessman is perceived to be sharp and therefore a thinker.
With his vast wealth,they believe he has been bankrolling the ruling party and therefore dangerous and has to be stopped,and that brings the current situation.
The forces have combined to bring down a noble son of the soil for the simple reason of hatred.
The surprising thing is that everyone was up in arms calling for his arrest before even the ACB has done its investigations.
I bet my last One Kwacha that we have so far heard from one side but when we hear from the businessman,the story will be different.
The businessman comes from a wrong tribe and district in their eyes hence he has to be brought down as they feel that will spite the whole tribe.
The alleged original complainant is someone everyone including the businessman knows that he does not accept bribes,so why would the businessman offer him one?
The story being peddled about the businessman does not make sense and is laughable and as said once we hear from him based on his testimony,we will see what really transpired.
The truth,nothing but the truth points to the fact that someone was offended by a simple question and decided to get even by punishing a respectable member of the society.
The Senior Public Officer
A victim of his progress to the holy grail in his field.With so many of his seniors,almost 5,retiring by Dec 2021,his rise to the top is guaranteed and that is making a few people unhappy and therefore they want to derail or stop him from ascending to the top position.Events of the last few months are a clear manifestation of such attempts to stop him.
The Northern Connection
Looking at all issues 360,we can comfortably say the people in opposition parties and mainly from the North are the ones pushing most of these agendas for their own benefit.People like the convicted murderer Ralph Kasambara are remote controlling most of these activities.
This Northern cabal wants to control the country by being shrewd having realised that without the numbers,it will definitely not be possible for them to rule.
Has anyone ever asked as to why Ralph Kasambara is out on bail despite being convicted on a charge that is very serious but his co-conspirators,Pika Manondo is still inside?The Northern cabal decided to save him as he was and remains a key integral part of Operation Hewever.
How is it possible that he is out on bail yet his friends are still inside?what’s the basis of granting him bail yet denying the others what Ralph has got?this is not justice but pure tribalism.
This goes even to the planned rejection of Duncan Mwapasa.The beneficiary of the failure to confirm him is DIG John Nyondo,a blood cousin to Timothy Mtambos.
The Northern cabal already has two arms of government under them,the Legislature and the Judiciary but they want more and the best way to do that is to use Law 3 in the 48 Laws of power,move quietly without giving the game away and let them realise when it’s too late.
They also control the Army,a key reason why the Army looks the other way when demos turn ugly,the Army beats only political party supporters.
If the businessman had a northern region sounding surname,a Nyirenda,Mhango,Mkandawire l am sure the northern cabal would have come around and protected him and no one would have known about the alleged bribe but because he comes from the wrong tribe,district and region in their eyes he has been crucified.
The businessman while a target himself is also being used as a pawn in the other battle to target the Senior Public official.
It’s going to get interesting when these two give their statements to the ACB,the truth,nothing but the truth will clearly come out and the whole country will go aaaaah.
It’s going to be interesting,the veil of secrecy will be taken off and then the great mountain of Kujara will cry out.
We are watching as the events unfold because we want the truth,nothing but the truth.
