CHITIPA-(MaraviPost)-Malawi Police in Chitipa are hunting for unknown criminals who broken into Tubepoka Development Initiative (TDI) office and stole two motorcycles.

The incident took place on April 29, 2020 at Tubepoka Development Initiative District Office.

It is reported that two Yamaha motorcycles belonging to Tubepoka Development Initiative were kept in the office and as usual, the security guard reported on duty before the employees knocked off.

To the surprise, the following morning two motorcycles were missing and the matter was reported to police who visited the scene and established that there was no physical breaking that took place.

This prompted police to pick the security guard for questions

Meanwhile, police in the district are appealing to the general public to come forth with information that could lead to arrest of the criminals and recovery of the Motorcycles.
