Chinese man on rampage killing 3, wounding 7 at supermarket

FUJIAN-(MaraviPost)-Chinese police have arrested a stabbing spree suspect shortly after killing three and wounding seven in Putian city of Fujian province.

Reports revealed that two people died on the spot while the other was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

According to Daily Mail, the incident took place at a supermarket in rural south-eastern China just hours after 39 pupils and staff were wounded in a knife attack at a rural primary school in southern China’s Guangxi region.

The released police statement indicated that the suspect hails from Guizhou province of south-western China.

The victims who were injured have been reported to be in stable condition in hospital and police have launched investigation into the matter.
