According to an eye witness, Maseko arrived at his office around 3 PM using his personal vehicle.

“He entered his office and spent almost 30 minutes without the company of anyone. But when he was coming out it really gave an indication that he was doing something fishy in side,” said the eye witness.

When contacted on the development, Karonga Police Deputy Spokesperson George Mlewa said was not aware of the incident.

“I don’t know anything about that but let me verify with other authorities. But if he indeed did that without following court’s order then it will be a problem,” warned Mlewa.

However, Maravi Post failed to hear the side of the DC because her mobile phone was out of reach.
