CHIAPAS-(MaraviPost)-A man accused of raping and killing a young girl in Mexico has been burnt to death by angry villagers.
The suspect, Alfredo Roblero is believed to have raped and killed the girl around January 9, 2020 in Chiapas when she was reported missing by her guardian.
The body of the six-year old was later recovered along the road following day
As reported by Mirror news, the girl’s aunt who tried to take the suspect to police was stopped by the angry villagers who said Roblero was not going to leave the community alive.
The mob then set him alight and watch him writhing in pain as he was slowly engulfed in flames.
According to reports, local police arrived at the scene but were unable to save the suspect.
Authorities have however vowed to open an investigation into Roblero’s death and let the killers face the law.
