LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Former FCB Nyasa Big Bullets defender, Precious Sambani who was set to be unveiled by newly promoted Super league outfit, Ekhaya FC has dumped the deal at the eleventh hour.
Reports show that, Ekhaya FC officials including head coach, Enos Chatama arranged the unveiling ceremony which was set for Monday morning in Blantyre at 09:00hours.
Surprisingly the player did not show up till 10:00 hours which prompted the officials to call Sambani.
The player however, did not pick up his calls.
Later, it was discovered that Sambani has left the Commercial City of Blantyre for Lilongwe to join the Central bankers, Silver Strikers FC.
Ekhaya FC and Sambani agreed terms to sign him with MK3 million as signing on fee and MK750,000 salary.
However, the TNM Super league champions, Silver Strikers FC are reportedly to have offered Sambani mk5 million signing on fee and MK800,000 monthly salary.
Sambani is a free agent after ending his stay at FCB Nyasa Big Bullets FC months ago.
