LILONGWE ( Maravipost): Amidst hunger crisis,Salvation for All Ministries International, under the leadership of Apostle Clifford Kawinga, embraced the Mzimba community in Senior Traditional Authority Mtwalo with 3500 bags of maize and other accessories and attribute corruption as the main cause of hunger.

Kawinga who also provides the beneficiaries with bread and drinks, among other things state that mindset change should begin with top officials.

It is Kawinga’s mission to offer both spiritual nourishment and material support to communities who are in need.

According to him, the ministry begins by preaching to the people and meeting their needs.

“Changing people’s mindset requires leadership from the top, and that is why we are distributing Bibles as a corrective responsibility, not only for the church but also for individuals,” said Kawinga.

On behalf of Senior Chief Mtwalo,John Chiumia, Village District vice Chairperson, applauded the salvation for all Ministries initiative as it has come at the right time during the hunger crisis in the area.

Chiumia mentioned that the area lacks Agricultural Development Marketing Cooperation (ADMARC) and individuals are unable to afford food for their families.
